Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed. For pre-order items and made-to-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on each product page.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping: Click Post, Letter Pack, and Yamato Transport Takkyubin / TA-Q-BIN, usually delivered within 1 to 3 days.

International Shipping: International Air Packet and EMS.

Estimated Delivery Times for International Shipping

Asia: 7 to 14 days
United States, EU, and United Kingdom: 10 to 21 days
Other regions: 2 to 4 weeks

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. For domestic shipping within Japan only, free shipping is available for orders over ¥10,000.

Tracking Number

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number by email. 

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by customer error, including incorrect shipping information, incorrect addresses, or refusal to accept delivery.
