Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions

We will only provide support in the following cases: if you receive the wrong item, or if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide the following information:

Order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
Your preferred resolution: replacement or refund

After reviewing the information, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund.

We are not responsible for non-delivery or loss caused by customer error, including incorrect shipping information, incorrect addresses, or other issues attributable to the customer.

Digital Content and Download Products

Due to the nature of digital content and downloadable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
